Email Tracer AI is currently an invitation-only internal service. Access is limited to people authorized by a workspace owner. These product terms are an operational baseline and should receive counsel review before commercial sale or public signup.

Permitted use

Use the service only with email accounts and messages you are authorized to send and monitor. You are responsible for applicable notice, consent, employment, privacy, anti-spam, and communications laws in every relevant jurisdiction.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, impersonation, or deception.
• Do not share session cookies, invitations, or device credentials with unauthorized people.
• Do not bypass role restrictions, probe another workspace, or interfere with service operation.

Evidence limitations

Pixel tracking is probabilistic. An image fetch does not prove that a particular person read or understood a message. Privacy proxies, scanners, relays, caching, image blocking, and forwarding can create false positives, false negatives, or approximate geography. Decisions should not rely on tracking evidence alone.

Credentials and access

Keep credentials secure and revoke any device or invitation that may have been exposed. Workspace owners may disable access to protect the service or other users.

Availability

The service is provided without a public uptime commitment during this private launch. Tracking, dashboards, and notifications may be delayed or unavailable.
